How long have you been in business?
Connie Ingram began practicing in 1989. I&A was incorporated shortly thereafter.
What is your primary product or service?
I&A's expertise is in counseling, consulting and corporate coaching.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a 20-year entrepreneur, Connie Ingram has established, grown, and sold businesses that have impacted the community on a personal and organizational scale. Her doctoral studies influenced the body of literature regarding Executive Coaching as a Leadership Intervention in Bureaucratic Organizations. Connie is a sought after executive coach for senior military officers and Fortune 500 company executives. She is an adjunct professor in leadership studies, licensed mental health counselor in private practice and a parenting coordinator for the court system in her county. Connie is most known for her public speaking and training in the areas of relationships and leadership.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our practice is based on ethics and integrity. Our goal is to guide clients toward real and lasting change. We have several therapists on staff to service a variety of needs. We want what’s best for you. If you aren’t comfortable with us, we will gladly refer you to someone who can better assist you with your goals.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently practice out of our Royal Palm Beach office. Several of our staff members offer on-site training programs.

I&A is in Royal Palm Beach just north of Okeechobee Blvd. off of Royal Palm Beach Blvd. We are in the business park behind McDonalds on the east side of the road.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard.
Which areas do you service?
Our primary service area is Palm Beach County, but we have several coaching clients nationwide.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Connie Ingram is the President of Ingram & Associates. Katie Ingram is the Office Manager. We currently have five (5) therapists on staff.
What are your hours of operation?
We schedule appointments Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 8:00pm. We also schedule appointments on Saturday.
