How long have you been in business?

What is your primary product or service?
It all starts with taking good care of the skin and maintaining the results of laser treatments. Most of our patients are women but we still see a lot of men wanting to also turn back the hands of time. Our Medical Director, Gloria Hakkarainen, MD is triple board certified in OBGYN, Bariatrics (medical weight loss) and Functional Medicine so we offer weight loss programs and bio-identical hormone treatments. It is truly beauty and wellness from the inside out!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After earning a BFA from Ohio State University I went on to become a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America in New York City. I then began a career appraising, selling and designing jewelry. In 1998, after my two girls were born I had my underarms lasered and thought that it was the greatest invention. My husband is an OBGYN and I thought his patients would also want all of their hair removed! Since that time, we have added treatments every year and the business has grown beautifully.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We take customer service very seriously. We have state-of-the-art lasers and we upgrade the software every year. We try to add value to all of our packages and we offer the Beauty Club which is a membership program that includes one treatment per month valued between $250-350 for the membership price of $195.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
2 locations and our new Palm Beach Gardens office will be open in October.

Take I-95 North to PGA East exit. Make the first right turn after the Shell gas station on RCA Blvd and the first left turn on Design Center Dr. You will see 3 big buildings on your left. TBC that is on the corner of PGA & RCA, the middle one is Seaside and the 3rd one is ours, and it has no name on it. The exact address is 4280 Professional Center Dr Suite 330. 561-427-0900.
