How long have you been in business?
Sand & C Travel has been serving the Boynton Beach area's travel needs since 1992.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a full service travel agency, specializing in leisure travel, including cruises, tours and resort packages.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My parents bought the travel agency when they semi-retired from their corporate careers. After growing the business for a few years they invited me to give up my career as a Division Controller for a major homebuilder to join the family business. I could not resist the opportunity to assist people plan some of the most fun things they will do in their lives.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have been a top producer for some of the biggest names in leisure travel, including Royal Caribbean, Princess, Celebrity, Globus and Tauck World Discovery. In addition, we are a member of Vacation.com, one of the larges travel agency groups in the country. As a result, we have access to the best offers, are kept up to date on the latest trends and latest technology while still providing the personal service of a one location, family owned business. We offer many extras when booking with us including amenities such as shipboard credit, discounts or transportation to the pier or airport on most bookings, our exclusive travel guides, complimentary use of power converters when traveling overseas and more.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in West Boynton Beach and have no expansion plans in the immediate future so we can focus on providing quality service and value to our clients.

We are located on Hagen Ranch Road, about half way between Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach and Boynton Beach Boulevard in the Whitworth Farms shopping center, just to the right of Publix.
What type of payments do you accept?
Payments are determined by the travel suppliers, but most take all major credit cards. We also accept cash and check payments. (Note that we will only accept a maximum of $1500.00 cash from a client in a day.)
Which areas do you service?
While concentrated on the local area (Lake Worth to Boca Raton), we do service clients nationwide.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Alan & Cathy Rosen are the owners and managers of Sand & C Travel.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM Saturday 9:00AM-1:00PM Appointments are recommended. We do not take appointments on Saturdays, as we have a limited staff.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Returning to book again or recommending friends.
