What is your primary product or service?
We are a children's indoor recreation fun center for birthday parties with inflatable fun and much more!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We adopted our son, Joey and found when taking him to places to play that they were all lacking certain aspects in a fun center, so I decided to incorporate several different types of entertainment for children age 12 months to 12 years in more personalized family environment. My background is firstly, being a Mom, but I have many years of experience as a business owner, developer and investor.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer activities for a variety of ages from 12 months to 12 years including birthday parties, inflatable fun, toys, costumes, games, rides and much more. We also cater to the adults providing exercise equipment, massage chairs, big screen tvs, video monitors and a full service cafe. We are family run and offer high quality personal customer service. Our employees "Roo Mates" not only monitor the children but also interactively play with them. We have an extremely clean facility that is constantly being sanitized. Security is very important to us. Every guest is given a specially numbered wristband that our employees check when leaving the premises with their children, and for added security we have an extensive video surveillance system inside and outside of the facility recorded 24/7. Our parties are "carefree" for the party parents and full service with a host and a server that do everything including set up of the room, set up of any decorations they may bring in, serving the children and adults, calling the children in at particular times, arranging for our mascot "Joey" to come to the party, and best of all, they do all the clean up. Party parents actually get to sit back and enjoy their party with "no worries" We offer, not only true Italian restaurant quality pizzas and other kid's favorites, but also have a large menu of other foods to choose from, such as fruit bowls, veggie platters, homemade specialties like baked ziti, chicken cutlet parmigiana, pasta with Alfredo sauce, meatballs and much more. Parents actually get to relax and enjoy great food and friends at their party with "no worries"!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At this time we have just the one location in Wellington. We do have plans to expand in the future and to possibly franchise.

From the North, take the Florida Turnpike to Southern Blvd., go West to State Road 7/Rt.441, go South to Forest Hill Blvd., go West to second light (Mall Entrance Olive St.,make left, take immediate right into Wellington Green Square, go down to west end of plaza. Directly behind Bank of America. From the South, take Florida's Turnpike to Lake Worth Rd., go West to 441, go North to Forest Hill, go west to second light (Mall Entrance, Olive Drive), take left, make immediate right into Wellington Green Square, go down to west end of plaza. Directly behind Bank of America From the East, take Forest Hill Blvd West. Just past State Rd 7/Rt.441, make a left at second light (Mall Entrance, Olive Dr.), take immediate right into Wellington Green Square, go to west end of plaza, directly behind Bank of America. We service Palm Beach County and surrounding counties. We have people that come all the way from Jupiter, Spring Hill, and even Tampa!
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our company is family run. My name is Francesca Friedman, I am the owner of Joey's Outback. I run the daily operations along with my husband, Michael, Mom, "Grammie" and our Manager, Nancy Parrish.
What are your hours of operation?
Sunday/Wednesday/Thursday 11am-6pm Friday & Saturday 11am-8pm Closed Monday and Tuesday *Except for School Holidays, Breaks and Vacations
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We get this one a lot, and it's probably one of my favorites. "We have been to all of the other kids places in the area as far south as Boca and as far north as Jupiter and we love Joey's Outback the best. Our kids only want to come here now. It is the cleanest, most spacious, best run center with a great staff, tons of things to do for everyone and we had the best birthday party we've ever had here. We are very comfortable here knowing our kids are safe and having so much fun at the same time. Thank you so much for being here."
