Gourmet food event featuring bacon & bourbon delectables
The 3rd Annual Delray Beach Bacon & Bourbon Fest scheduled for March 24 – 26, 2017 back to celebrate the most loved food in the universe – Bacon. The Bacon & Bourbon Festival shines a loving light on our most flavorful food-Bacon, and the quintessential American liquor, Bourbon.
Expanded to three days this year, the event features four course Bacon & Bourbon dining experiences, over 80 bacon inspired menu items and a soon to be famous Sunday Brunch, great live music, and a collection of over 40 bourbons and whiskeys for your tasting pleasure. For those of you who we cannot convince to partake in Bourbon, we will have a full bar, wines and Heineken Light too.
The Fest also offers participants extensive Bacon and Bourbon Pairing Seminars including two exclusive Pappy Van Winkle tastings. The distiller’s art and patient techniques are shared in the seminars and tastings by South Florida’s foremost Bourbon experts. All intended to enhance your knowledge and pleasure of American made Bourbon and whiskey. And, we will throw a whiskey or rye into the mix for historical purposes.
At the heart of all of our festivals is our commitment to create fun-filled food lover community events featuring unique food and beverages. We strive to ensure that our sponsors are richly rewarded for their investment in our events and our community. The event¹s strong commitment to the community is that they are designed as a fund-raising opportunity for non-profit organizations that staff the event. Delray Beach Arts, Inc. has contributed over $585,000 back to our community volunteer partners for events they produce.
