After spending the last 15 years working in some of Florida's oldest and most prestigious law firms, I decided to open my own firm dedicated to providing top tier legal representation with a personal touch. When you work with me, you have my cell phone number and won't get billed for the call. I care about my clients and want to ensure their success.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Welch Law offers an annual subscription plan that provides our clients with unlimited telephone calls and advice at a fixed, monthly rate. This “on-call plan” also includes the creation, review, and/or negotiation of up to twelve legal documents per year. Many times, a client will come to us with costly legal issues arising out of an agreement that could have been easily avoided had the client sought the services of an attorney to review the agreement at the time of execution. Ninety-Five percent of the time, the client informs us that they did not have an attorney initially review the agreement because they were concerned about the amount charged by attorneys. This is precisely the situation Welch Law’s “on-call plan” eliminates by encouraging regular communication and review of documents.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Welch Law has one location, conveniently located in Harbourside Place. There are not plans to expand.
