Matrix Coatings has decades of experience applying coatings that provide High performance solid-film lubrication, dry-film lubrication, non-stick fluoropolymer surfaces, extreme thermal, fire, corrosion, chemical and abrasion resistance, excellent dielectric and electrical insulation properties, EMI/RFI shielding and outstanding cryogenic stability. We also apply a variety of military spec coatings with a focus on Chemical Agent Resistant Coatings, otherwise known as CARC coatings. We offer same day quotes and 5 – 7 business day turn around, on most orders.We are ISO 9001: 2000 compliant experts in the application of Dupont: Silverstone®, Supra®, Fluoropolymers and the rest of the Dupont lines as well as Whitford: Eclipse®, Ultralon®, Dykor®, and Xylan® finishes. Other specialized applications include Ryton®, Halar®, Cer-Met, Lockheed Martin Thermal Protection MA-25S and MI-15 fire proofing to Boeing specifications, Arc Spray Metallizing and Mussel Buster Propeller Protection®. Additionally, we apply powder coatings, which include: Fusion Bonded Epoxies, Polyesters, Super Polyesters, Kynar®, Nylons and Fluoropolymers.
