Boys Town offers Treatment Family Homes providing family-style residential care for adolescent boys or girls ages 10-18; care is provided by specially trained married couples and an Assistant Family-Teacher.
Boys town offers Assessment and Short-term Residential
programs for adolescents (ages 10-18) who may be abused, neglected, runaways, or have been in trouble due to criminal or delinquent activities. Also provides a family environment with care and safety for abused, neglected or abandoned infants and toddlers, newborn through age 5, while authorities seek foster homes or long-term placement for the children.
Boys Town offers in-home Family Preservation Services in which a Family Consultant treats and serves families directly to improve their functioning and keep the family together.
Boys Town also provides Child and Family support services through our parenting program called Common Sense parenting. The program helps parents develop new skills, enhance skills they already have, and appropriately discipline their children. Parents can
attend classes or purchase books and videos they can learn from at home.
