We provide personalized Personal Training Prgrams
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up in a household where my parents were into health. My parents had a large organic garden long before organic was even a common term, they worked out at the gym, and played tennis and were active their whole lives. Healthy living principals were followed in our home. I began offering personal training even before you could get certified for it.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We cover the Triune of Health; Diet & Nutrition, Physical Conditioning and Mental, Emotional & Spiirtual Conditioning. Our programs address health from this aspect. In addition, we have only the best people in their respective fields facilitating our classes and programs.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one physical location in Boca Raton and yes we do expect to expand. The great thing about what we do is we go out into the community to our clients. If someone needs Personal Training, we will come to them, if the want Massage, Nutritional Counceling, Private Yoiga, Pilates, Water class. We personalize our programs and can come to you!
Provide detailed directions to your location
Our Fitness work is done onsite at our client's location. Our offices are for lectures, one on one counceling and administration. We are located near the corner of Glades Road and Butts Road. At the corner turn onto Butts Road so you are heading north. Make your fist right onto Executive Center Drive and then your first left into Penninsula Executive Center Drive. Make another right once in the parking lot. We are building number 2385. Suite 100 located on the first floor. First office on the left as you enter the building.

All of Palm Beach County and parts of Broward County
